1. Sustainable Agriculture & Value-Chain Development- Bagmati Province 

In Bagmati Province, we are transforming subsistence farming into profitable agri-enterprises by introducing climate-smart, high-value crops such as macadamia, black rice, avocado, and improved pineapple. We provide intensive training and capacity-building for local farmers, especially women’s groups, to adopt modern farming practices. Through pilot orchards, demonstration farms, and branding support for products like pickles, honey, and ginger, we ensure that rural producers gain direct access to urban markets and better pricing. Our pilot successes are now being scaled across other wards to build inclusive and sustainable rural economies.
