Food Literacy & Nutrition Education

Recognizing that poor diet is the leading cause of NCDs (non-communicable diseases) in Nepal, we run a Food Literacy Program that educates urban workers, students, and communities on the importance of healthy, local, and sustainable diets. Through workplace food and nutrition seminars, school programs, and training of trainers (TOT), we help people make informed dietary choices, learn portion control, and understand the health risks of processed foods. Our goal is to reach 500,000 adults and children by 2029 with engaging workshops, online courses, and gamified educational tools.
